The G3 will come with a super-high resolution display of 534 pixel per inch that contains a total of  3.7 mln pixels. In comparison, a normal full HD display, such as that of Note 3, contains a total of 2 mln pixels.

In addition to the display, other features are a 2.5 GHz Krait 400 Snapdragon processor, 3 GB of RAM and LTE. It is not clear which version of LTE will be available in the Indian model.

The phone is an update on the LG G2 and LG G Pro 2. The Pro 2, priced around Rs 32,000, has very similar specifications except for the screen resolution and a slightly older processor.

The G3 is expected to priced at around Rs 43,000 in the market. The phone is already available at the price on ebay, but an official LG launch would bring much-need company warranty for the handset in India.
