L&T Technology Services, which provides outsourced engineering services, said it has won a contract from aircraft maker Airbus India to manage their Avionics Software Development, V&V (Validation & Verification) and Data Analytics.
The size and duration of the deal have not been disclosed.
L&T Technology Services Limited (LTTS) is a listed subsidiary of construction major Larsen & Toubro, and provides Engineering and R&D (ER&D) services, such as consultancy, design, development and testing. It distinguishes itself from bigger players by focusing on providing services with a heavy engineering component – such product design.

Manufacturing companies across the world are tying up with outsourced service providers to transform their operations with the infusion of technology.

EU-based Airbus is one of the world’s two largest makers of aircraft.
