Brigade Group, one of Bangalore’s top two real estate companies, announced the launch of the last expansion of Brigade Meadows, an integrated township spread over 60 acres of land on Kanakapura Road in India’s IT capital.
Brigade Meadows is already home to over 2,000 families, the company said.
The last phase, to be called Plumeria Lifestyle, will comprise 412 apartments.
The apartments will range from those with just one bedroom to bigger ones with 3 bedrooms, with carpet areas ranging from 44.15 square meters (475 square feet) to 100 square meters (1077 square feet).
Prices will start at Rs 47 lakhs, according to the company’s website.
The last phase will be designed in a ‘contemporary’ style with “upgraded specifications” such as engineered marble flooring and premium chrome-plated fittings, Brigade said.
Brigade Meadows comes with over 40 common amenities, including a clubhouse, a swimming pool, a gymnasium, courts for tennis, basketball and volleyball, futsal ground, a shopping arcade, a pharmacy and a clinic, a pet park and its own shuttle bus service, the company said.
“This is the last phase of Brigade Meadows, a 60-acre integrated township that has been very well received,” said M R Jaishankar, Chairman and Managing Director of the real estate company.
“We have redefined the meaning of integrated townships by providing customers a luxurious living experience in the midst of nature, yet with access to all the convenient amenities one requires for a hassle-free lifestyle,” he claimed.
Brigade has been among the more active real estate companies of late, not least because it is primarily focused on the Bangalore market, one of the few to escape a sharp price correction and liquidity crunch in the last three years due to oversupply and an overall slowdown in the Indian economy.
A month ago, the company launched Bricklane, a low-rise apartment project at Jakkur in North Bangalore.
