Bharti Airtel said users would soon be able to link their multiple Airtel accounts and get one single bill for all of them.
Called ‘Airtel Home’, the scheme will also entitle the customer to a discount of “up to” 10% on the total amount.
Airtel Home is currently available as a beta version for Airtel home broadband customers in Hyderabad.
The company plans to roll out the solution across India over the next few weeks, it said.
“A key feedback we received from customers who use different services from Airtel was, why can’t they have a single bill for everything as managing multiple payment dates is a very cumbersome process,” said George Mathen, CEO – Homes, Bharti Airtel.
“Keeping in mind this feedback, we have launched the Airtel Home platform that is not just convenient but also brings more value to our customers.”
To enable the single bill feature, customers have to click on ‘Airtel Home’ banner in their selfcare application.
The Home Broadband connection will be considered the primary account and add all others as add-ons.
Airtel’s broadband and fixed line services are available in 89 cities across India.
