Construction company Capacit’e Infraprojects said it won two orders from Mumbai-based Oberoi Realty Group for a total of Rs 365 cr.
The first is for the construction of a residential “rehab and sale tower” at Tardeo in South Mumbai. The order was obtained from group entity Shri Siddhi Avenues LLP and is worth Rs 145.50 cr, it said.
The second order is for the construction of a mixed use project at Dr. Annie Besant Road, Worli, Mumbai.
The contract was awarded by I-Ven Realty Limited and is worth Rs 220 cr.
With these two orders, the company has got a total of four construction orders from Oberoi Realty Group, which is a prominent developer of commercial real estate in the city.
“The repeat orders are important for us as they are from extremely reputed existing client,” said Rahul Katyal, Managing Director of Capacit’e Infraprojects.
Besides Mumbai, Capacit’e Infraprojects has operations in NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kochi and Pune, with specialization in construction of super high rise buildings.
Among its clients are real estate developers including Kalpataru, Lodha Group, Oberoi Constructions, Rustomjee, Emaar, Brookfield Asset Management, Sattva Group, The Wadhwa Group, Godrej Properties, Prestige, Purvankara and Brigade Enterprises.
