Dilip Buildcon Limited, one of India’s largest road construction companies, said it has qualified as the lowest bidder for yet another highway project, worth Rs 1,004 cr.
The Hybrid Annuity Project from the National Highways Authority of India is to upgrade a 15 km stretch of NH 75E in Madhya Pradesh.
The company will construct a road tunnel, a viaduct and the Churhat bypass of RewaSidhi section of the highway, it said.
The period of consruction is 48 months and the period of toll operation is 15 years.
The company bid Rs 742 cr from the NHAI for the project, and will spend an estimated Rs 1,004 cr.
This is the latest in a series of such wins for Dilip Buildcon.
On the last day of February, the company said it was awarded projects in Karnataka, followed by another three on March 1 in other states.
Dilip Buildcon, founded in 1988, is headquartered in Bhopal and projects itself as ‘India’s fastest growing road development company’.
It works via two models — EPC Projects and Toll Operations, and develops highways, city roads, culverts, bridges, irrigation facilities, water supply, coal mining, water sanitation and sewage.
