Prestige Group, one of Bangalore’s largest real estate developers, said it has inaugurated its Forum Center City Mall in Mysore.
The company operates the Forum Mall in Bangalore, one of the city’s oldest and most prominent.
The Forum Center in Mysore has 3.2 lakh square feet of leasable area and is situated on Hyder Ali road.
The mall was opened on Monday and 96% of the space has already been let out, the company said.
The Prestige Group, which is big in both residential and commercial real estate in several South Indian states, now runs 8 malls.
It has another 7 malls and office buildings under construction, the company said.
