Now that many RCom users have finally started getting 4G signals, there is a likelihood that they may get 10 GB of 4G data.
Reliance Communications had promised to give free data for everyone who upgraded from CDMA to 4G.
“Existing Reliance CDMA Voice or Datacard customers can get their 4G SIM from nearest Reliance Store. Upgrade to 4G & get FREE 10GB 4G data post upgrading to 4G,” it says on its new 4G website.
The free 10 GB offer was one of the attractions of moving from CDMA to 4G.
However, the upgrade process has seen a lot of delays. After starting the process in early May, the first batch of users were able to come on the 4G network only in July.
