Infocus, the US electronics brand, has launched the cheapest smartphone in India with 3 GB of RAM — the M460.
The biggest attraction of the phone is the price of Rs 7,499, which easily makes the device cheaper than Coolpad Note 3, which, at Rs 8,999, used to be the cheapest 3 GB model with a fingerprint sensor as well.
However, if you are not hung up about fingerprint unlocking, the Infocus M460 could get you an Android Marshmallow experience at a lower price.
in almost all the ways, the Infocus M460 is exactly the same as the Coolpad Note 3. Both have 5.5-inch 720p displays, 16 GB of storage memory, MediaTek MT6735 chipset, support for MicroSD cards and so on.
However, when it comes to camera, there is some difference between the two. While the Coolpad Note 3 offers a 13 MP camera plus a 5 MP unit, the Infocus M460 has a 8 MP shooter on both sides according to leaked specifications.
One possible edge that the new phone may come with could be pricing, which could go down to Rs 7,999, making it cheaper by Rs 1,000 compared to the Coolpad model.
