Lenovo announces open sale of A2010 on Flipkart @Rs 4990

lenovo a2010Lenovo today announced an open sale on Flipkart for A2010, one of India’s cheapest 4G LTE Dual-SIM smartphone.

The open sale started today at 12 pm. Both black and white color variants will be available during the open sale on Flipkart.

The Lenovo A2010 is priced at Rs. 4990 and is available exclusively on the shopping website. The phone competes with the Phicomm Energy handset, which has a 5-inch HD display, and comes with 4G and also carries a price tag of Rs 4,999.

The Lenovo A2010 comes with a 4.5-inch display with a 0.4 MP display.

According to IDC’s latest report, Lenovo is India’s No.1 4G Smartphone brand in Q2 with its aggressively priced 4G LTE smartphone portfolio. Lenovo has seen immense success with its 4G smartphones with over 1 million 4G smartphones sold in the first half of the year.

The latest addition, A2010 is perhaps the most value for money LTE device in India. As per IDC’s Asia/ Pacific Quarterly Mobile Phone Tracker, Q2, 2015 (August 2015 release), Lenovo is the fifth largest smartphone brand with 4.4 per cent share of the Indian smartphone market in Q2 2015.

Lenovo has seen phenomenal growth this year with 3.3 times increase in sales in Q2 2015-16 as compared to sales in the corresponding quarter last year. Overall the shipment of smartphones to India has increased by 44% as compared to the same time period last year.

Lenovo’s presence in both online & offline channels has provided consumers with better access to its smartphone portfolio in more than 1000 cities/towns across the country.
