Shoppers Stop targets 15% revenue from ecommerce, digital

shopper's stop Retailer Shoppers Stop said it would invest Rs 60 crores over the next 3 years to build up an ‘omnichannel’ delivery platform that would encompass physical stores, web, social, TV and marketplaces.

It has chosen SAP as its technology solutions partner.

The move would involve its group companies HomeStop, Hypercity and Crossword as well.

By 2020, the Company targets to achieve 15% revenue through digital.

Shoppers Stop will leverage the SAP’s Hybris commerce platform.

“Amongst the top global retailers, 9 out of 10 are brick & mortar players who have evolved into omni-channel entities,” said Govind Shrikhande, Customer Care Associate & Managing Director, Shoppers Stop.

Shoppers Stop aims to redefine its signature shopping experience by introducing features such as Access Anywhere, Buy Anytime, Pay Anyhow, Deliver Everywhere and Return At Your Convenience.
