Voltas, India’s largest air-conditioner maker launched a new range of adjustable inverter ACs, which it claimed were the first of their kind in the AC industry.
The new models come with a wide range of features, including ‘flexible air conditioning’, that allows the user to switch from 1.5 ton usage to 1 ton usage and vice versa depending on the ambient heating and number of people in the room, thereby leading to more savings.
The new adjustable ACs also come with a myriad of features, including lower carbon dioxide emission, an eco-friendly refrigerant, PM 2.5 filtration to maintain indoor air quality and stabilizer-free operation to protect the AC from voltage fluctuations.
The new models also have high ambient cooling that can keep users comfortable even at 52 degree celsius, the Tata Group company claimed.
The company launched 39 types of fresh air coolers, 39 types of inverter ACs, 26 models of split ACs and 32 window ACs, besides cassette and tower ACs.
Under its new home appliances brand, Voltas Beko, the company also launched 31 models of refrigerators, 5 models of front-load washing machines, 12 top-load washing machines, 9 semi-automatic washing machines, 3 dishwashers and 9 stock units of convection microwaves.
Besides its presence in the retail market, Voltas also offers engineering solutions for industries, such as heating, ventilation and air conditioning, refrigeration, electro-mechanical projects, electrification, textile machinery, mining and construction equipment, water management & treatment, cold chain solutions, building management systems, and indoor air quality.
