DLF, one of India’s top real estate developers, said it has sold Rs 1,500 cr worth of luxury flats in ONE Midtown, its upcoming addition to the high-end Midtown township project being created west of Patel Nagar in Delhi.
Midtown is designed as an ‘ecosystem of luxury residences, office and commercial spaces’ in ‘rolling acres of greenery’, according to the company.
DLF is starting with the residential part first, and the retail and recreation centres will be added in the future.
The ONE project, contained within the larger Midtown project, will comprise four towers of 39 floors housing 913 apartments with two, three or four bedrooms. The starting price of the apartments is Rs 3 cr.
The company said the strong response for the project was a validation of its strategy.
“With its unrivalled location, striking facade, impeccably designed residences, and a host of lifestyle amenities, it will be undoubtedly one of the most coveted new developments in the heart of New Delhi. We expect ONE Midtown to set the benchmark for a new way of living in the capital city,” it claimed.
The ONE towers are the latest addition to DLF Midtown, which already has three residential complexes — Capital Greens I, II and III — housing 2,700 families.
The project has a community centre, two fully equipped clubhouses and multi-tier security.
The project location is considered optimal for a city like Delhi, as it is not far from hubs such as Connaught Place, Karol Bagh and New Delhi Railway Station.
It is served by the Blue, Pink, Green and Red lines of the Delhi Metro, with five Metro Stations are within three kilometres.
The luxury-oriented ONE Midtown project has been designed by DP Consultants Pte. Ltd. of Singapore, with emphasis on green open spaces dotted by a range of pools and water bodies.
It comes with its own clubhouse with a restaurant, café, tea lounge, al fresco dining area, meeting room, card room and a spa and salon. It will also offer gymnasium, multipurpose hall, créche, children’s play area, games room and a convenience store.
