Career Launcher, which runs a host of test-preparation services, has announced a unique service to help and guide applicants to Delhi University colleges.
Upon registering on the firm’s website, “students are redirected to a panel of expert counselors, who will analyze the individual’s profile and the options available, to help in deciding the best combination of college and course to enroll into,” the company said.
Career Launcher is known for its entrance coaching classes for MBA, GRE, GMAT, SAT, Banking recruitment and so on.
Students who join the platform will get a special ‘Brand Ambassador’ — a current student or someone who has recently graduated from the respective college under DU.
“The Brand Ambassadors will act as friend and mentor and will provide expert guidance on the specific colleges to enroll into, besides providing insight into the college life, the various clubs, committees, and societies one can be a part of, placements, etc. Assistance in searching for suitable accommodation will also be provided,” it added.
Delhi University colleges are the most sought in India in the field of commerce and humanities, and among the most sought-after in technical education. However, due to the large number of colleges and courses, as well as applicants from all over India, the admission process can be confusing even to the most intelligent student.
Students are required to quickly evaluate their options between one course at a certain college and a slightly less attractive course at a better college, and so on.
The service from Career Launcher will use Telegram messenger to keep the students up-to-date, the coaching company said.
