Tata Housing has launched a premium new housing project called Eleve in Mumbai.
The project, which will offer 2BHK, 2.5BHK and 3BHK units starting at Rs. 1.4 crore, is being built in collaboration with the city-based realtor Neptune group and is spread across 22 acres of land.
Located in Bhandup, ‘Eleve’ will have access to the Eastern Freeway, Tata Housing said.
“Eleve, located in the heart of the region, will not only deliver the quality and living standards associated with all Tata Housing projects, but promises to be a lucrative housing choice that offers great connectivity, beauty and comfort to its residents,” said Brotin Banerjee, MD & CEO, Tata Housing.
The launch indicates that real estate companies are starting to launch more and more projects, especially in the higher end. Runwal Greens, another mega Luxury project, is also coming up nearby.
Last week, Shapoorji Pallonji launched a luxury project in Bangalore.
The real estate industry is hoping that recent interest rate cuts will translate to higher demand for housing loans and therefore, apartments.
“This project is poised to benefit immensely from the vast experience of Tata Housing in creating landmarks developments across the country and Neptune’s strong brand presence locally in Bhandup,” said Nayan Bheda, CMD, Neptune Group.
‘Eleve’ will offer residents “more than the conventional residential complex.”
The development will have an infinity pool, kids pool, state-of-the-art outdoor gymnasium, children’s play area, yoga pavillion, acupressure walk, party lawns, butterfly gardens, skating rink and terrace garden along with other amenities to ensure luxurious living.
