IT services provider Hexaware Technologies said it has become a Registered Business Partner of Pegasystems Inc.
Pegasystems develops software for customer relationship management (CRM) and business process management (BPM) for a variety of industries such as financial services, utilities etc..
The tie-up will help Hexaware clients who want to implement Pega’s consulting and implementation, the Indian company said. The tie-up will help it take advantage of Pega solutions such as dynamic case management, robotic automation and workforce intelligence, it added.

It is among the small-to-medium sized IT services companies operating out of India. While its small size was a disadvantage in the earlier era, the company is trying to leverage the nimbleness that comes with a small size to transition into a digital-oriented solutions company as the IT landscape changes.
