Zebronics launches Chromecast-like device at Rs 1699 to cast phone screen to TV

zebronics-wirelessZebronics, a Chennai based electronics manufacturer, launched ZEB Cast 100 — similar to Google’s Chromecast device which helps in casting the screen of your phone or device onto a TV or monitor.

The device has been priced at just Rs 1,699, compared with Rs 3,399 for Google Chromecast.

“ZEB CAST 100 is compact easily fits into your pocket or the palm of your hand thereby eliminating the needs of wires and will,” the company said.

The device can be operated just by plugging it into the HDMI port of the TV or receiver.

The device supports Miracast, Airplay and DLNA technology to stream media wirelessly from any Android, Apple or Windows device.
