Ravindra Jadeja will likely find his place in the playing eleven for team India against the West Indies in the Third test match to be played at Gros Islet in a few hours from now.
Team rumours say that Amith Mishra may give way to the southpaw after exhibiting a very ordinary performance in the second test.
With just 6 wickets in 2 tests so far the seasoned Mishra has looked out of sorts in the second test with the conditions and the resilient Windies lower order, with Chase and Holder heroics, not helping the cause.
Jadeja gave a strong performance in the last series he played against South Africa with 23 wickets in 4 tests behind R Ashwin who grabbed 31 wickets in 4 tests and the leading wicket taker in the series.
He had put up a strong performance against the WICB Presidents X1 in the pre series warm up match. Few other changes are likely after Indian legends like Sourav Ganguly had pointed out under utilisation of services of Umesh Yadav.
With India 1-0 up in the series, Captain Kohli would be looking to seal the series with a win. Windies put up an inspiring performance in the second test thereby thwarting a unassailable 2-0 Indian lead in the series. It has to be seen how much inspiration they can carry forward from the second test to trouble the Indians.
