In such a period any indication of aid would be a pleasing and exciting news.
It is natural for a person to come to inference on hearing such a news
Whether or not to accept the aid is the centre’s prerogative.
It requires a great depth of cunningness to portray this as a campaign to “malign India”.
The So-called Patriotic media has gone to the extent of verifying the promise instead of waiting for the actual action to take place which would have been through the Govt. of India.
Does this action of verification with another country not amount to maligning a duly elected CM of an Indian state and thereby India?
Irrespective of political leaning an elected CM is also an important representative of India
