Real Estate player Sobha Limited has launched a new ridge-top project in Bangalore called ‘Sobha Clovelly’, which the developer calls ’boutique homes’.
The apartments stand tall along a geographical ridge, thus capitalizing on the beautiful vistas of the city’s skyline.
“This new project will certainly be a trend-setter in Bengaluru’s real estate market and an apt one for customers looking to move beyond apartment-style structures and explore newer ways of modern living. Given its unique futuristic aspect and high focus on luxury, boutique homes are positioned to attract those who want to live the high life,” said J.C. Sharma, Vice Chairman and Managing Director, Sobha Limited.
Bangalore is among the few real estate markets in India that is still seeing decent levels of new launches. Most other places have seen new launches dry up in light of the ongoing slowdown in the sector.
The location of the project is in Padmanabhanagar, an upscale locality of South Bengaluru.
“Given its improved infrastructure, today South Bengaluru holds an immense potential for investors as far as the real estate market is concerned. Apart from regular residential localities, such as Basavanagudi, Jayanagar, JP Nagar, Banashankari etc., the region is witnessing further residential extensions,” Sharma said.
According to the developer, the Sobha Clovelly is surrounded by beautiful mature trees “offering an amazing view with an excellent habitable space for an intimate community.”
The designers of Sobha Clovelly have centrally placed the swimming pool and large water cascade in the 3-acre plot.
The location is in close proximity to well established inner city suburbs such as Jaya Nagar, JP Nagar, Banshankari and Kadherinahalli, Sobha Ltd said.
The project comprises 137 ultra-luxurious homes comprising 3 BHK apartments and 4 BHK duplex apartments.
With over 50% of the tower’s facade being glass, ultimate panoramic views become achievable, it said.
Architecturally the building consists of two towers connected by the main entrance drop off and lobby. The common facilities have been designed to provide a recreational experience at par with a luxury boutique resort.
There are pre-existing magnificent mature trees at the site. A large banyan tree has been respectfully considered in the architectural design by avoiding construction within its canopy span, it said.
Common facilities include an elevated infinity swimming pool, gymnasium, yoga studio, badminton court and multipurpose hall.
The infinity swimming pool is elevated to connect the swimmer with the surrounding views, enhancing the feeling of seamless connectivity between water, landscape and sky. The gymnasium and yoga studios are also well elevated to enable residents to enjoy indoor exercising whilst being visually connected to the vibrant exterior views.
The Badminton court is also elevated to enable excellent natural ventilation which in turn enhances sporting performances and the playing experience. Interlinked with these activity zones is a tree lined jogging track that journeys through the varied landscape features.
