Tata Housing offers free Jet Privilege Miles for NRI buyers

Tata Housing is offering 72,000 – 10,00,000 Jet Privilege Miles to non-resident Indians who purchase any flat from the company undeer its “happy returns” scheme.

NRIs contribute between 15-20 percent of Tata Housing’s total sales and this has been increasing since the last few years, the company said. “We expect this to increase to 25-30 per cent in the next 3-4 years.”

The scheme was announced along with the inauguration of their international office in Dubai.

“This offer is applicable to any customer living outside of India with a valid non-resident Indian status including Indian passport holders, those having valid work permits outside India and green card holders,” it said.

The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) zone contributes more than 50 per cent of the company’s international sales, said Brotin Banerjee, CEO & Managing Director – Tata Housing.

“Opening of our office in Dubai is in line with our efforts to provide the best in class service to our prospective consumers. With the overwhelming response received from the NRI customers; we believe this is the right time for NRI’s to buy their dream homes in India,” he said.

The free miles will be credited to the customer’s Jet Privilege account post realization of 20 per cent payment by the customer. In case, the customer does not have a JP Account, then a new account will be created using the customer’s name and email id and these miles will be credited to him.

The company is developing large townships and differentiated theme based projects in major and mini metros.
