The bike is priced at Rs.52,989 for Self-Drum-Alloy; and Rs.55,489 for Self-Disc-Alloy (Ex-showroom, Delhi).

With Livo, Honda has gone for a contemporary and aggressive design unlike the rather sedate design of Shine, its existing offering in the commuter segment.

While the Shine was a step up from the rather boxy style of Hero Honda Splendor, the Livo takes it further. In terms of looks and style, the Livo is placed above Shine and below the Pulsar.

A combination of sharp headlight and detailed air duct shape, lend an aggressive and premium front-look to the new LIVO.

The dynamic tank shroud, a curved fuel tank, and black-alloy wheels give the new LIVO a sporty finish. The meter design is innovative while the side panel enhances LIVO’s youthful & modern personality.

A strong 2-piece designed modern muffler, followed by a fresh tail light & strong grab rail leaves a lasting impression on the onlookers, unlike any other motorcycle in the segment.

Advanced Technology ensures best combination of Power Performance and Mileage Powered by Honda Eco Technology (HET), the proven 110cc 4-stroke engine boasts of an improved combustion efficiency, which increases compression ratio allowing the New LIVO to deliver a class leading mileage of 74 kmpl.

The advanced Honda engine on this stylish motorcycle can be used to provide extra-thrust of power. According to the company, the bike has ‘Honda Intelligent Ignition Control System’ or HIICS which enables the engine to deliver power output as per load conditions.

Comfort & Convenience

Honda has designed the LIVO for the comfort of both the rider and the pillion irrespective of the road conditions.

“Because of its upright handle position, the rider can clock long distances at stretch without any strain. With a wider turning angle, the new LIVO is easy to maneuver in tight traffic conditions as well as narrow roads and lanes,” the company said.

The longer wheel base, and the 5-step adjustable rear suspension provide more stability on bad roads & at higher speeds. The increased ground clearance also allows it to comfortably tackle bad roads.

Considering the hazardous and uneven road-conditions in India, Honda has equipped the new LIVO with tubeless tyres, reducing the chances of immediate deflation in case of puncture.

During dense traffic requiring frequent gear shifts, full gear lever helps make riding convenient. The viscous filter does not need to be cleaned regularly and requires only to be replaced after 16000 kms. The battery is maintenance free and doesn’t require a top-up, invalidating the chances of leakage completely.
