The Power Transmission and Distribution (PT&D) Business of L&T Construction has won orders worth Rs 1885 crores in domestic and international markets in June 2015, the company said.
On the domestic front, a major EPC order has been received from Odisha Power Transmission Corporation Limited. The scope involves installing various 33/11 kV air insulated substations and associated lines with complete facilities for the Phase II of Odisha Distribution System Strengthening Project (ODSSP).
On the international front, major orders have been received from the Middle East. A key order includes construction of medium voltage substations on EPC basis from a major infrastructure development company. Another order is for engineering, procurement & construction for 132 kV double circuit transmission line and 132 kV cabling works from a reputed customer.

The offerings range from design, manufacturing, supply, installation and commissioning of transmission lines, underground cable networks (both power and control), air and gas insulated substations, complete distribution networks, electrical and instrumentation works for power, process and infrastructure projects, in both domestic and international markets.
