Lonely Planet India, the local arm of the prestigious travel guide company, has selected The Leela Kovalam situated in Kerala as the “Best Hotel for Relaxation” at its annual travel awards.
The Raviz hotel has, in the past, won other awards from Lonely Planet India – Best Resort Hotel in 2012 followed by Best Hotel for Relaxation in 2013 and Best Indian Luxury Hotel Award in 2014.
The hotel is India’s only cliff-top beach resort and has 183 rooms and suites over 60 acres
The hotel is owned by the RP Group and managed by The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts.
