Bliss GVS Healthcare wins three-year contract worth Rs 760 cr from Kenya

gvk-blissBliss GVS Healthcare Ltd said it won a three year contract worth $111.40 mln (Rs 760 cr) from Aon Kenya Insurance Brokers Ltd for provision of medical health care services in Kenya.

 

Bliss GVS Pharma Ltd is a pharmaceutical company based in Mumbai, India.

Bliss GVS primarily develops, manufactures and markets products across various therapeutic categories including Antifungal, Contraceptive, Laxative, Anti-haemorrhoidal and several others.

“The contract covers outpatient services for over 304,060 members. This medical cover is to be managed by AON Kenya Insurance Brokers Ltd and will benefit the principle contributor, his/her spouse and up to four children”, said the company.

“Service payments will be received by the company from AON, in advance, on a quarterly basis. Part payment for first quarter payment has been received by the company”, the company said.

The annual contract value on yearly basis are, $33.02 mln for first year, $37.15 mln for the second year and $41.23 for the third year.

The medical cover will be provided for dental, optical an on outpatient basis and for Maternity.
