Colgate-Palmolive (India) Ltd said it has signed an agreement in regard the selling of toothbrush manufacturing facility located at Waluj, Aurangabad.
The manufacturing facility closed in May. Under the MOU, the land and building will be sold “as it is”.
The company said it has identified a suitable buyer, to whom the property will be sold on a mutual acceptable terms and conditions.
Financial details were not disclosed.
