NBCC (India) Ltd, said it got a contract worth Rs 440 crore for the construction of hospitals in Haridwar, Dehradun and Indore from Employee’s State Insurance Corporation, Ministry of Labour & Employment.
As per the contract, the NBCC should build 100 bedded hospitals at Haridwar & Dehradun and 300 bedded hospitals in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
NBCC (India) Limited, formerly known as National Buildings Construction Corporation Ltd., is a Government of India Navratna Enterprise under the Ministry of Urban Development.
In the construction sector, the company has gained more than Rs 36,000 Crore Order Book in hand till March 2016.
It registered a 32% Growth in top line during FY 2015-16 as compared to previous year. It has posted a profit of Rs.311 crore white its total Income has surged to Rs.5838 Crore during FY 2015-16.
