L&T Infotech said it will develop and market solutions based on the Oracle’s Internet of Things (IoT) cloud service.
The companies will work together on cloud solutions to help manufacturing, utilities and construction companies digitize business processes and improve operational efficiencies.
L&T provides comprehensive Oracle solutions and applications encompassing smart sensors, connected assets, real-time visualization and advanced analytics. Under the tie up, L&T Infotech and the US-based Oracle will offer solutions for cargo fleet safety and shipment tracking, water de-ionization and for measuring the time a cold storage item is out of its native or base storage condition throughout the course of its life.
They will also provide asset tracking and monitoring tools to enable the monitoring of utilization of assets, fuel consumption, proactive maintenance and survival probability.
