Aurionpro Solutions, a technology solutions provider, said it completed the acquisition and merger of Spikes Security Inc., a software and hardware solutions company based in California, with its enterprise security division.
The silicon Valley based subsidiary for enterprise security will operate under the new brand name of ‘Cyberinc – An Aurion Pro Company’ and will be headquartered in Los Gatos, California.
Cyberinc will deal with solving next generation consumer and enterprise security challenges in a digital MYSTI TANT era especially around identity and access management and malware isolation, the indian parent said.
Aurion Pro’s formerly enterprise security division has secured over 100 million identities.
“Spikes Security is a pioneer in malware isolation with its innovative product that aims to deliver 100% web freedom through its industry leading malware isolation technology,” said the company.
“With the formation of Cyberinc, we are positioned to succeed in the $75B global market for Information Security,” said Samir Shah, CEO of Aurion pro Solutions.
“Cyberinc, our new subsidiary, will deliver comprehensive Solutions for data breaches from fraudulent and unauthorized access and Sophisticated web borne malware attack,” he further said.

The global information security market is estimated to be $75B in 2016 and is forecast to experience a compound average growth rate (CAGR) of 9.8% between 2015 and 2020, according the IDC.
Aurion employs 1,450 domain and technology experts across North America, Asia and Europe.
Aurion have delivered solutions for Fortune 500, global corporations across 22 countries, the company said.
