GoAir, the low cost carrier based in Mumbai, is offering low fares in Northern India for September, considered an off-season month for air travel in India.

The cheapest fare in the northern sector is from Delhi- Jaipur at Rs 1,101 all in. It is also offering Delhi- Kolkata flights at 2,318, and Patna-Delhi at 2,744 all in.

Delhi- Bangalore tickets are priced at Rs 2,961.

September represents the last opportunity to travel cheap this year as ticket rates are expected to pick up starting from October with the onset of the festival season.

Go Airlines is the aviation foray of the Wadia Group. It operates its services under the brand GoAir.

GoAir is a low-fare carrier with the objective of commoditizing air travel and offering airline seats at a marginal premium to train fares across India. The airline currently operates over 140 daily flights and approximately 975 weekly flights across 22 destinations.
