Speciality chemicals and veterinary drug manufacturer Omkar Speciality Chemicals Ltd said quarterly revenue jumped 24% compared with the previous year.
The strong growth in all its business segments has also made the net profit and operating profit increase by 34% compared with the previous year results.
Director of Omkar Speciality Chemicals, Mr. Omkar Herlekar, while commenting on this outstanding results said, “We have witnessed strong growth across all our business segments. Our consistent focus on achieving higher operating efficiencies and productivity resulted in improved profitability.”
Revenue stood at Rs. 112.7 crore in the first quarter, against Rs 90.5 crore in the corresponding period last year.
Profit After Tax grew to Rs 11 crore against Rs 8.2 crore.
