SpiceJet has announced yet another sale, this time for Rs 699, for bookings next year.
The “Early New Year” sale offer starts today and will be available till mid night September 18, 2014. It is applicable for travel between January 16, 2015 and October 24, 2015.
“Customers planning for new years, Valentine’s Day, summer vacation, Ganesh Utsav or retreat in Goa or Port Blair can plan their travel now and fly at discounted fare,” SpiceJet said.
The offer is valid on SpiceJet’s entire domestic network for travel on direct, via as well as onward flights. However, fares vary from sector to sector depending on the travel distance. International sectors don’t feature in this sale, it added.
A random check revealed that on many sectors, the offer is not available as the starting price is several thousand rupees.
“The travel period covered under this sale is extensive. It offers a number of reasons and occasions to the customers to choose SpiceJet as their preferred mode of travel. Advance planning of travel will help customers to fly at very nominal fares and travel more often,” said Kaneswaran Avili, Chief Commercial Officer, SpiceJet Ltd.
“Planning your travel early will save you a lot of money which can be then spent in a premium airline experience in quarter the cost by booking our Spicemax- extra leg room seat and pre-booking our hot meals,” he added.
Fare charged under this offer are non refundable and non changeable (taxes and fees are refundable). Since there is limited inventory under the offer it will be available on first-cum-first-served basis and is not applicable on group bookings.
