Vodafone Essar’s customers have turned out to be the most satisfied with their operator’s network in Mumbai, according to a TRAI survey released today.
It found network satisfaction rate at 96% for Vodafone Mumbai, the highest in the city.
Vodafone was followed in customer satisfaction by Idea (95%), Aircel (94%) and Airtel (93%).
By call drops, the winner was the unlikely MTS, followed by Reliance Communications.
Only 0.15% of MTS’s calls were dropped while it was 0.56% for Reliance, followed by Vodafone with 0.69%.
Vodafone scored the highest in voice clarity, at 98.72% and was followed by Reliance with 98.65%.
Idea followed at 98.4% and Airtel, at 97.62%.
