Congress leader Digvijay Singh has clarified that he did not kick the journalist who threatened him and another congress leader with a shoe at a press conference yesterday.
“I did not do that.. I went there [to the scuffle] only to investigate,” he said.
Asked how a video on Youtube shows him kicking the journalist, he said “the allegations are untrue.”
He said other journalists, who cover Congress, kicked and beat Sunil Kumar, the journalist. “I want to thank the journalists for beating him up,” Singh said.
