SKODA launches app with spare part prices, service charges for its cars

skoda-appŠKODA Auto India, a Volkwagen Group company said it has launched a mobile application for its customers.

The App, named ‘MyŠKODA’, connects ŠKODA Owners with ŠKODA India’s digital ecosystem and provides access to the entire service history of their vehicle. It also lets the customers to know the cost of various parts and also estimate the cost of each service, said the company.

The app will also host a number of other features including booking a service appointment, locating a dealer and connecting to ŠKODA ’s Customer Care team.

It will facilitates utmost transparency and provides a hassle-free ownership experience for every ŠKODA owner, added the company.

The app aids ŠKODA owners to remotely monitor their car’s service cycle, warranty, insurance & road-side assistance expiry dates.

ŠKODA owners can also easily update their personal details, store important ownership-related documents, refer to previous jobs carried out on the car, receive important notifications while browsing through the app.

Any update made through the app gets registered in the ŠKODA database, the company further added.

‘MyŠKODA’ is available for download on the iTunes app store for iPhone and Google Play store for android devices.
