TVS Motor Company, one of India’s leading two-wheeler manufacturer, said it has rolled out a free ‘24/7 Road Side Assistance Program (RSA)’ for its two wheeler customers across 70 cities in the country.
The service will be free of charge for all in-warranty vehicles, and will be extended to 200 cities by next month.
The 24/7 helpline and personal assistance includes services such as spare key pick-up, fuel delivery, onsite repair cab arrangement, accident assistance and towing of vehicles which will ensure that the customers continue their journey without any hurdles, said the company.
TVS Motor Company customers can dial: 1800 419 2077 or connect through the TVSM Service App to avail of this new RSA program.
The road side Assistance program is expected to rollout pan India by March 2017.
