Continuing its promotion schemes, SpiceJet Ltd today announced the Super Holi Sale, a five day offer applicable on bookings made between 12th March and 16th March 2014, for travel between 14th April and 30th June 2014.
Fares start from Rs. 1999/- all inclusive on select routes and flights, SpiceJet said. Lowest fares are for bookings made 90 days prior to travel, and all bookings under this offer require minimum 30 days advance purchase, it added.
Under the offer, Delhi-Chandigarh will come for Rs 1,999 only (all inclusive), Hyderabad – Cochin for Rs 2,999 (all inclusive), and Amritsar – Mumbai for Rs 3,999 (all inclusive).
“This sale is exclusively for domestic direct (non-stop) flights. This sale goes live at 0600 hours Wednesday, March 12, 2014, and lasts till 2359 hours Sunday, March 16, 2014.”
Tickets for this sale can be booked on SpiceJet’s website, online travel portals and through travel agents. The offer is not applicable for bookings made at the airline’s call centre and airport ticketing counters, and is not combinable with other offers. Seats made available for this offer are limited and availability depends on specific date and flight.
This is the fourth such Super Sale offered by SpiceJet so far this year. “SpiceJet remains committed to stimulating the market by offering discounted fares for those willing to book early”, said Shilpa Bhatia, Sr. VP and Head of Sales and Distribution for SpiceJet.
“This Super Holi Sale also introduces our revamped new network and schedule that goes into effect on March 30”, added Dr Anurag Jain, Senior VP, Network Planning and Strategy Development. “The new network represent a significant improvement and is a key building block of the emerging new SpiceJet,” he further added.
SpiceJet is India’s second largest low fare airline. The airline currently operates more than 350 daily flights to 51 destinations, which includes 42 Indian cities and 9 international destinations.
SpiceJet connects its network using next generation fleet of 42 Boeing 737-800/ 900ER aircrafts, along with 15 Bombardier Q-400 aircraft that are focused on Tier II and Tier III cities.
