Canada-based software company SOTI said it will invest $12 mln and add 300 jobs in India over the next two years.
The majority of the new positions would be in engineering and software development roles, it said.
SOTI is a provider of enterprise mobility management and Bring Your Own Device solutions.
The company, which has most of its Indian employees located in Gurgaon, is also eyeing India as a upcoming market.
India is as a key focus market in SOTI’s growth strategy, the company said.
It has clients in manufacturing, retail, hospitality, banking and transport and logistics in India.
SOTI has evolved from a one-man operation to a global enterprise, with 6 global offices, a workforce across 22 countries.
