Wave Infratech said it would offer properties under its Wave City Center and Wave City on Snapdeal.com
“As a first in the online selling space, Wave Infratech would be offering a host of products – Irenia, Vasilia, Livork Studios at Wave City Center and Wave Executive Floors, Wave Floors Premium and Dream Homes at Wave City on India’s largest ecommerce marketplace – Snapdeal,” it said.
The offers are exclusively available to NRI customers from the USA, the UK, Singapore and the Middle East.
Wave Infratech would be offering selected products from its projects – Wave City Center in Noida and Wave City on NH24.
The customer would be able to go through all the product details on the website and book their property by paying a booking fee of Rs 30,000, post which the Wave Infratech offline sales team would take over the customer case.
By booking their property online, the customer would stand a chance to explore exclusive deals with Wave Infratech and make the most of buying online.
While the product offerings by Wave Infratech would be currently available only on Snapdeal, the products would also be available to the customers on Housing.com in the future.
“After observing the new generation of buyers we have noticed that the only way forward is digitization and felt this was the right time to venture out into online selling,” said Ram Jalan, Vice President – Digital Marketing for Wave.
“Snapdeal’s NRI campaign seemed as the best route for us to foray into the digital selling space. NRI property buyers’ investment is expected to surge by 35% and they have shown inclination towards high-end residential and commercial properties in the country with maximum traffic coming in from the Middle East, the US, Singapore and the UK,” he added.
