Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd said it entered into agreement with UK based fashion brand Ted Baker.
Ted Baker London is a British luxury clothing retail company.

Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd, formerly known as Pantaloons Fashion & Retail Limited was formed in May 2015.
It was formed after the consolidation of the branded apparel businesses of Aditya Birla Group Comprising Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd’s Madura Fashion division and subsidiaries Pantaloons Fashion & Retail Ltd (PFRL) and Madura Garments Lifestyle Retail Company Ltd.
Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail (ABFRL) has over 7,000 points of sale across over 375 cities and towns, which include 2,000 ABFRL brand Outlets.
Ted Baker was founded by Ray Kelvin (CEO) in March 1988 in Glasgow, Scotland.
It has 500 stores across Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia, Asia, China, South Africa and the Middle East.
