Nila Infrastructures Ltd said it got a Rs 43.5 cr order from Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd to construct an office building at Adani Shantigram, located on S.G. Highway, Ahmedabad.
The contract envisages overall construction of ground + 13 floors + two basements covering about 300,000 sq. ft. built-up area and has to be completed within 390 days of time.
Shantigram is Gujarat’s largest township.
Spread over 600 acres, of which around 80% will be open space, the township consists of clusters of apartments, penthouses and luxurious villas and nearly 50,000 trees.
Shantigram has a development potential of 40 million square feet.
The township also includes a nine-hole golf course, a golf promenade, a cricket field, One of India’s Largest Musical Aqua Shows, a 7-acre lake and India’s largest private social club – The Belvedere Golf & Country Club. There are also Luxurious Senior Citizen Homes and a conveniently located shoppers’ plaza.
